As with many collections it seems like you are most likely to develop a passion for something that was somehow related to your childhood at least this is the case for me. I remember growing up in a houseful of fascinating finds and one of them being a small collection of Flamingos, somehow I developed a kinship with these flamingos and my collection started. Today I have a variety of items ranging from mirrors, tins, compacts, plaster and ceramic flamingos that all grace the inside of my home. I also have a small collection of vintage plastic and cement flamingos that flock around a pond in my yard. Collections are all about what makes you happy and these pink flamingos are sure to bring a smile!
