We're always selecting dealers based on what they have to sell.You'll be asked to provide pictures of the things you'd like to start off with.You must sell what we consider to be antique & vintage items when you first start. Newer items may be approved for sale later.Garden spaces are not available to new dealers.You'll need a state resale permit with our address on it, and a business license from the city.You'll pay $100 security deposit, twenty bucks a month, plus 12% commission and at least $4.50 per sq ft for your space, possibly more for premium space.Your lease will be month to month and "at will"; which means you can be asked to pack up and leave any time.Country Roads charges $4.50 per square foot with a 12% commission, and a $20 promotional fee per month. Some of the prime areas may be more.Completing and sending this form does not create any obligation for you or us. It's just the first step.
